add number of ads for AdsManager in Main Menu

I want to include the number of subcategory ads of the Ads Manager in my Joomla Main Menu (submenus)
similare to the following website http://dubai.dubizzle.com/
where each submenu includes the number of ads.

I need Help plz, as I've asked the question in Ads Manager forum but no response as of yet!

Your site is not a Joomla site, if you want to convert to Joomla you will need to create a template out of your current site. You should post in the Joomla 3 forum as nobody should be building a new site using Joomla 1.5 because it is outdated and un-secure.

Hello, I have try to do my website in Joomla and be honest guys I try to convert my web to Joomla many times, now I have used Open Element to do the website it is not bad not super

Find a free or paid Joomla template you like and use that to build your Joomla site. When you are more comfortable with Joomla you may want to tackle converting a web design to a Joomla template.
