Text Magnifier for vision impaired

I've been searching around for a module that would enable the elderly and vision impaired to be able to click on an icon to increase or decrease the text on a page. I've seen them used on sites but I can't find any specific extensions anywhere.

A power user would do this simply by holding simultaneously the CTRL and + keys to zoom in or CTRL and - to zoom out. However explaining this to the elderly first time users can be difficult so I'm looking for module with a simple self explanatory Icon I can place onto a site for them.

Any ideas would be most appreciated.
