Is there a tool for users to make posters or bumperstickers?

I want to be able to have users generate their own posters by selecting a combination of images and text from a menu or whatever, kind of like http://www.clickbusinesscards.com/ .

How can I do this? IS there a java or PHP system? Would be great if there was a joomla specific thing.
