Addon for jce or button plugin

Hi all!
i use OsJoomla Access for add text / link with level access, but everytime i must digit {osjomm.......... ecc.
is therre tutorial for create plug in for jce for put button that open popup/mini windows for insert text/link and when i click enter insert complete tag with text/link on textarea ?
or similar.
