Help Troubleshoot....

We are using Joomla 1.5.23
Gmail Authentication plugin is modified to work only with a single google apps domain name.

everything works fine, users are able to login with their google apps id and password.

however, for 1 particular user, it doesnt seem to work... keeps saying "Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet."

we have verified username and password... but still this particular user is unable to log in...

current joomla user list doesnt have the user already created... incase, if you are wondering if the user was already created with a different password...

so the question now is, how to go about troubleshooting this?

any help is appreciated.
