[youtube] Video Contest

I'm looking for an Extension or combination of extensions to create a video contest on my website. I've installed Community Builder for the user profiles but dont have to keep it if there is a better option.
The features that I'd like to have are:
The ability for users to submit [youtube] videos (to enter the contest).
Videos catagorized in groups (contests).
Voting on or rating of videos within those groups (to determin a winner).
Time frames for the voting (a single contest cant go on forever).
The videos submitted by a user will show up on the users profile.
Seperate page will display the vidoes of a specific contest in random order.
I have other featurs that I'd like, but these are the most important. Any suggestions will greatly be appreciated. Thanks!
