Joomlaworks Allvideos - No Thumbnails

Hi

I'm adding videos to my site and the videos will play without any problem but I can't get a thumbnail to show and so its just showing a black screen with a play button.

I did a little fishing around the net and named the image the same as the video and have tried with png and jpg extensions but still not showing.

If anyone can help would be much appreciated. I am using Joomla 1.5.26 and allvideos 4.7.0
