Is there any joomla extensions or any way to automatically update an image's URL in an article when it's location is changed in Media Manager?

I need to reorganize my Media Manager folders but it's going to be a lot of work if I have to change the image's URLs in every article.

The extension such as DBReplacer (http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/edition/replace/13004) would be of help in your situation.

Make sure to take a back-up of your database content before attempting this.
