Limit daily visitors to 200

Hello,
I am working on a site in development mode, on a free hosting, that is limiting the number of site daily visitors to 200, after 201 visitor, hosting is automatically blocking the entire hosting account.

I was wondering if there is a component or plugin that would let me set a number of visitors access to strictly 199 or so.

Any ideas?

p.s. i would actually be glad to use a tool like that for my Joomla 2xx and 3xx sites, if any available

You can't do something like this, a plugin or a component to block access must be accessed first, so that counts
Maybe you should search for a decent hosting.
