AEC table structure version 0.12.6

I'm working on upgrading an old site to current Joomla, including a migration away from AEC (no longer available or supported) to Membership Pro. Does anyone have a set of database tables for AEC version 0.12.6 that they would be willing to send me a copy of the table structures? I don't need any data, just the structure. The reason for asking is that the migration is from an older version of AEC (version 0.12.6RC2n) and I need to check the conversion utility for compatibility with this older version, and make modifications to the utility if necessary. Help with these structures would be much appreciated!
