Hello Everyone

I am developing a travel website for my client. He needs online booking form. On submission of that form the details should be mailed to him. I am bit new to Joomla. Can you please suggest a simple booking component which has all the fields required by client. Or alternately can you guide how to make custom component. Please note I am using Joomla 1.5. The fields of the form are on below mentioned link.

I have used Wrapper temporarily. But, I need to know about the custom component. Please guide...
