Troubles with a couple of things

Hey all, I'm new here and new to Joomla!

I've been developing a website and I have a couple of key issues that I need to deal with in order to go live.

The website is located at http://www.flyfishontario.ca/Joomla

In the centre of the page, I've tried and tried to get a banner running using the banner module. As you can see, the banner isn't showing, nor can I for the life of me get it to show. If I view the image in a browser, it works, so it can't be my host. Any ideas to point me in the right direction would be great!!

Also, at the top right, there is another ad. The ad links to an email address, but I get a java script error when trying to use it. Again, I've tried a few things there with nothing helping!!
