Where can I offer small Photoshop jobs?

I recently started working with Joomla and noticed that many were struggling with small design changes as they don't have great Photoshop skills.

I have quite some experience in Photoshop and would like to do small jobs such as button creation, changing an image, small banners etc.
What's the best place to offer my services? There doesn't seem to be a marketplace section here ...

You can offer small photoshop jobs using various outsourcing website such as freelancer, odesk, fiverr, gigarmy and my others. I'm sure you'll have lots of clients who will keep on coming back once you offered them a great service.

It is definitely a good place to offer your services, but the problem is that the competition is so high. Its hard to earn customers with those having established reps.
