I have a Dell Laptop, but in my country, you can use Internet, without standard modems, in my Dell laptop there is know standard modem, how can i get the .inf to install the standard modems.

This is a board for Joomla installing problems, this is about our internet connection ??
You should phone the DELL helpdesk for this problem I think..
