Hi,

I'm a musician who, with a bit of help here and there, have managed to do a joomla-based, on-demand music portal site where artists make the money with sponsors on their own free artist channels, and music lovers listen free.

Whew!

Now it's time to bring in the house channel presenting sponsor -- Coca Cola just signed with Spotify last week which is a good indication of the potential here.

But I've taken my site as far as I technically can  , and it's prettier than Facebook's original blue box, but when the sponsors want this and that fancy thang, I need a top notch, cutting edge designer/developer (possibly a firm) to take it from here.

Any first-hand referrals for designers/developers playing at that level?

Thanks so much for your thoughts.

You could try http://www.freelancer.co.uk/

This is a great way to pick up people who can work on specific things for you. I use it all the time for things I am unable to mend myself with Joomla sites and so forth.

Good luck

Another good choice is http://www.scriptlance.com/ . It's probably a better choice than odesk and freelancer.co.uk for your needs.
