Hi there, I'm trying to make my logo stay in the background to avoid overlapping with the menu. I've searched but haven't found a solution, tried making the border background being the logo, but that didn't seem to work.

I'm no expert but I believe the way you want to go about that is to look for the art file that makes the banner at the top and place your logo directly on that file and then overwrite the existing file so that when it loads that grey banner image it has your logo integrated with it. Make sense?

Nope, that won't work since the image won't fit that banner and would cut of peace of the whole structure. Kind of complicated. I'm not sure what to do. Might end up looking for a pre-made them easier to personalize.
