Hi, i am not a specialist in css and html but know the basics i.e. can copy and paste code etc in the desired location and can follow clear step-to-step instructions.

I would like to see arabic in my live site aswell as in admin. But when i type arabic and save, it shows as question marks. I cant change to the new version of joomla as i am happy with my template and its been a real headache setting up my site.
All i want is to able to view and save arabic, i dont want my whole admin pane to be in Arabic, i want to keep English as the main language on my site.

Are there simple steps by which i can see arabic on my site for joomla 1.5.14?

Please dont say no!
Waiting anxiously.

You should at least update to Joomla 1.5.26

Do you have a link to the site?
