hi i need hindi language facility any extension for that?

What do you mean with "Hindi facility"?

Do you mean a Hindi Language file for Joomla 1.5?
There's a Hindi Language pack available for Joomla 1.5, see:

Also, if you want to type in Hindi, suggest reviewing the extension Indic Writer (http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/languages/multi-lingual-content/10943).
