Default Language Not showing on Homepage

Default Language Not showing on Homepage

I'm using Joomla 1.5.23 with JoomFish 2.1.7.

I've set my default language to Bulgarian, but I'm still getting the English version of the site on my homepage.

The strange thing is that sometimes I receive the Bulgarian version but when I entered the site through proxy I get the English version again.

Please tell me how to show only my default language on my homepage by default.
