030 - Create a unit test plan for the User Manager.

Hello again!

Create a unit test plan that identifies at least 25 specific tests and
expected results that could be used to validate Joomla! v 1.5 development.
The test plan should specifically list each action that would be taken by a
tester and the expected results. A tester should be able to use the
document to verify the accuracy of the Joomla! development.

Hopefully, I know what I'm doing. I get the gist of the what is needed. If you have any tips about how you want the different tests to look like in Writer or how they should be formatted then be sure to mention it here. I've never done test plans before so this will be a learning experience.
