Hi again - this is my second GHOP task.
I hope to take my time with this task to ensure it's done properly, but I'll post here regarding my progress every few days.
Sharif
Create a one to two page document about using the media manager that a
webmaster could give to a new Joomla! user who will be creating content in
the front end.
Description
The document should focus on use of the media manager and the insert image
button in the editor. Topics should include how to insert images,
alignment, using captions, how to upload images, how to work with folders, how

Hi again - just checking in - my school holidays have just started and I have just relocated to another state, so I haven't made any progress yet, but I'll start the task tomorrow.

Cool! Just wanted to double check since you mentioned being home for the holidays from a different state. We had a couple of entries where people did not understand that. (Which is too bad!)

To insert an image into a page, first open the page for editing. Press the Image Manager button (below the editing text area).
You might want to consider including a screenshot here. Another idea would be to make this big, and then put arrows or highlight different areas of the different options. e.g. an arrow from "align" to the option on the screen. Be creative with this!
This is a great start!

Did you and Roman get a chance to work on this? Unless he has found some issues you guys are working on, I looked through it and it looks great. I would add one line about how filenames that contain spaces (or special characters) cannot be uploaded. Otherwise, it looks great! Add that line, upload it and I'll mark it as complete.
