061 - Create a troubleshooting procedure to help resolve problems with template

Chad -

Revision 9 looks great to me. You have all of my fixes in. It appears to me that you have covered the permissions issues with the template? Or, are more changes required given the resource Chris provided?

Let me know if Revision 9 was your final, or not.  If it is, go ahead and upload it to the Google Task page and I'll finalize it. Otherwise, please let us know when your next copy is available and what changes were needed.
