E-mailing Function

Im wondering if there is already something like this in joomla, if not, i really hope something like this would be created.

Its an Mass E-mailing function with customisation.

Example
The scenario goes like, for example a financial company, there is 100 advisor and each advisor has 10 customer.
However, individual advisor is not allow to be in contact/see another advisor's customer.

The boss will be able to send e-mail to all the company's customer but the customer will receive the email as though they receive it from their respective advisor instead of being seen receiving from the boss's email address.

If the customer replies to the email, the mail will be sent to the email of their respective advisor instead of sending back to the boss.

Some Ideas...
1) Maybe when sending the mail, there could be a drop-down menu to choose what e-mail address the intended recipient will receive from. E.g. [email protected]/ [email protected]/ [email protected] etc.

2) When choosing for example a group of people of the age 20-29, the programme will be able to search through the database and retrieve e-mail of user that falls within this range automatically and send the mail.

3) Will be good if when the boss sends out an email to all the client of the company, the programme will itself search through the database and finds out which advisor does this client belong to and during when the recipient receive the email, they could reply straight back to their respective advisor instead of sending back to the boss.



Im wondering if this is even possible or if there is already a software or extension that is doing this already.
