Hi ,
i am an Oracle developer; Learned about Joomla! by accident. Had a simple static html site which I decided to re-create using Joomla 1.5. So this is my first time joomla website. I appreciate
all reviews for it. I used a template an_showcase by Anantasoft. I know it is very simple but I am planning to add more extentions as well as improve the content and complete the links..

Informative site, nice galleries, and general layout is easy to get around.
Just curious but is there a high demand for 3 month minimum stays in Sydney?

Did I say it somewhere? You can stay for just a couple of days, or to one year. No minimum stay. Thanks for your review.

Nothing mentioned about No minimum stay and I would. $90 per day for a furnished apartment is pretty good and is very competitive with similar suites at hotels.

I'd use SEO urls so it's a little cleaner.

Logo is a bit hard to read against the photo background, especially the "green" option with the white flower.

errrr... I have to disagree with you guys, don't think this looks that great;

no favicon, and the design is way too dark.

I find the blue on black text difficult to read. Also, the apartment links on the top are not all functional. Some give error 500's, some are missing links altogether.
