Invectra Web Design Site

Post by Darren-E » Wed Dec 02, 2009 5:06 pm

We built this site to be simple, yet effective with no unnecessary "junk" or clutter.
It's a collection of a photo gallery and a few custom modules with a bit of seo.

Thanks Migsense,

I was looking at your website - I like the black with gray tones.
Just curious, have you thought of using orange instead of black as the background color for your website?

I think that might look sharp!

I like the site. One point that could be a concern, my business partner has a rather small screen laptop and I don't think he would see anything other then your banner and the large picture/graph right under it.

Looks great to me though!

You're right about the size... That's something we took into consideration.
In all honestly, we designed this to be more of a showcase. When we meet with new clients, we have learned that most users don't really read our content but they all remember the images.
So our thought process was - put images at the top for the masses. Have the text at the bottom for search engines and people who actually take the time to read!

The web has become short attention span theater - we're accommodating that audience. Believe it or not, it's working for us.
