Help for instrallation on IIS Manager

I want to configure Joomla Package on my Local Host Computer.

But when I come on Step-4 (configure database) I found an Error (The database detail provided are incorrect). while Minimum requirements for installation has been fulfill. (step 2)

Database configuration:
Hostname: localhost
Username: null
Database: null

you need to create a new db and db user with all permissions on your localhost prior to installing joomla. at install time tell joomla installer what db and user/pwd you created.
