I suggest you to read following instructions for uploading the site from WAMP to hosting server: http://docs.joomla.org/Copying_a_Joomla_website

Its very easy friend just few steps

Copy your root joomla folder to your new hosting root folder it must be like public_html or httdocs

Upload it via ftp or file manager

Click on wamp icon open PHPMYADMIN
select your joomla database
Look at your very top menu for 'Export' button
Export the database in .sql or gizp format

Now login to your hosting account, search for phpmyadmin
create database and user
Import your sql file

Now navigate to your hosting www or httdocs root folder and open configuration.php
edit DB name , Password save file ...! and thats all..
Your website is live :)

Using Akeeba Backup and Kickstart is an easy solution.
