I've got an odd issue with a Joomla site version 1.5.23 which is using a modified Pyro template (adjustments only in CSS).
I have activated the in-built SEF plugin.

The issue arises for the blog of the site. Here the pagination links display correctly and are coded correctly, e.g. the link behind the button 4 is http://weddings-in-paris.co.uk/anahat-e ... l?start=18.
However, when you click the link or paste and copy it into the address bar, the server returns the same URL minus the query string (?start=18), i.e. http://weddings-in-paris.co.uk/anahat-e ... -blog.html.

The site runs off a hosting package with the following versions of MySQL 5.5.23 and PHP 5.3.10.
The SEF settings are yes for SEF, Apache mod_rewrite and suffix.

It appears to me that a redirect occurs somewhere within the Joomla system for certain variables in the query string. You can check this by changing the variables. Try http://weddings-in-paris.co.uk/anahat-e ... ml?page=18, for example. This will only reload the same page but the query string is not removed.

Does anyone have a clue as to what I could do next?
