www.mysite.com/home

Post by Troop8113 » Thu Sep 25, 2008 5:33 am

Not sure if this belongs here but here is my problem.

Im working on a new website for my Boy Scout Troop. www.new.troop8113.org

I have two latest news modules on the homepage. The news in those modules link to something like "http://www.new.troop8113.org/component/ ... ee-meeting" and when you click the link it loads the article by itself.

But now, if I manually type and go to http://www.new.troop8113.org/home/25-oc ... ee-meeting it keeps the modules on the homepage aslong with the article.

Is there some sort of fix so that I can make my latest news modules link to www.new.troop8113.org/home so that the articles load with the modules?

I hope this makes somewhat a bit of sense. Thanks

Hi Troop8113,

2 consecutive subdomains? Is that allowed? :) I don't think I've seen that before - www.new.domain

Maybe that is causing your problems?

Cheers
