sh404SEF sending 302 Redirects

Hi,
I have sh404SEF running on J1.5 on IIS7 Successfully. I'm using sh404sef in no .htaccess mode.
SEF urls are fine.. the only problem is the 301 (Temp moved) redirection from JOOMLA SEF to sh404SEF URLs. When I turn it on.. it simply redirects all requests to the homepage (with a 302 code) rather than redirecting them to the new SEF url with a 301 (Permanently moved). Any clue's as to what is wrong??

I have exactly the same issue, i'm sure you found the solution since this time, I searched for hours and hours on Google to find it but I'm quite stuck now. Will you help please? Thanks.
