I have configured my meta tags globally and have also configured them per menu and anywhere else possible; unfortunately when I view the code no metas are shown. I know metas are not the end all of getting ranked but they help.

This is all that shows in the source:

<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

Does anyone know how to hard code meta tags in joomla? or another fix?
