500 internal server error Siete la mia speranza! help me ple

un saluto a tutto il forum e alla comunita' Joomla. Premetto sono una new entry in tutti i sensi, non solo nel forum, ma anche un principiante amatoriale per quanto concerne informatica.
vi scrivo nella speranza che qualcuno di voi, mosso a compassione possa suggerirmi in modo semplice come poter risolvere questo problema che vi vado ad esporre.
nel corso del mese ho tribolato per via del mio hosting server provider, che per un upgrade, mi ha fatto perdere pazienza tempo e lavoro.

premetto il mio sito e un joomla.2.5 e vuole essere un sito di annunci di lavoro.
nel menu personale ho collocato i comandi per vedere gli annunci pubblicati e postare nuove inserzioni. in entrambi i casi riscontro il seguente errore:
"The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Apache/1.3.33 Server at exp2.eu Port 80"

ho provato a contattare il server administrator che come ponzio pilato se ne e' lavato le mani dirottandomi al forum, adducendo probabili errori in joomla.

non so proprio cosa fare, inoltre non sono un informatico...ho provato a seguire altri post con "500 internal server error" ma sinceramente non ne vengo a capo.

vi ringrazio anticipatamente per ogni consiglio istruzione suggerimento che mi possa almeno avvicinare alla soluzione.

the url is: http://www.exp2.eu/index.php/my-exp-items-post.html but maybe you are not able because it is an user register menu.
i could test as user..herefollow the access:
username Exp2 search
password ****
please
a) in the user menu on the side please try to insert a post using the voice " insert exp - inserisci exp"..after filled in the form and clicked on posted i receive the error (please note that the ads will be save correctly)
b) in the user menu on the side please try to view your posted ads using the voice "my exp items" (as the url provide above).

please assist me in this inconvenience because it is very important for my website.

Si tratta di una situazione che possono risolvere quelli dell'hosting. Se non ti danno una mano, cambia Hosting.

hai fatto qualche modifica prima che si presentasse l'errore?
