you should have recieved an email that gives you a user name and password that will allow you to edit the entry and add details.

You should have been sent a login name and password so that you can edit your entry. HOWEVER, if your domain has some variation of joomla in it, it needs to be approved by the trademark group before it will be published in your user group listing. You will need to submit or resubmit your domain at http://opensourcematters.org/domain-nam ... quest.html and, once approval has been gained, the url can be published on the user group listing.

we had sent you an email to say that the domain had approval along with suggestions

on your site should be

Joomla!®

and only the first use, not every mention of the word.
