Hello, I would write you because we submit our request JUG months ago and so far not received any answer.

It was necessary to change the name of JUG DF for Comunidade Joomla Calango. I reported this in an email to the OSM and even made a new request with the name changed.

What procedure should take to try to expedite this?

Here in Brasilia/Brazil will receive the Joomla Day in September 2010, on 4 and 5. Gostaríamso much to expect the adoption of JUG. www.joomladaybrasil.org

Even we have a space to talk about JoomlaDay JUGs and his creation .... complicated but really is encouraging this with both delay and lack of information about the processes.

Thank you for listening.

Hello folks,

Do not want to be disturbing the patience of anyone, but we have not received a response?

Try to check the website of OSM is there any change in our status but they are even able to know our information.

When Ryan was here in Brazil on the 3rd JoomlaDay Brazil, Rio de Janeiro, stimulated the creation of new JUGs and said to submitting our data to be recognized ..... unfortunately we see that there is no structure for approval at this speed that Joomla really needs.

Also, here in Brazil for a discussion of terms a JUG Brazil, but I see complications for this promising future as a function of slow and without feedback is that recognition.

Another detail is that sound contradictory to have a JoomlaDay being organized by a group that is not even recognized by the OSM. This sounds like something even non-official ....

And now?

I am an enthusiast in Joomla! and I joined Joomla! Lizard 4 months ago. For me it is very important recognition of the WZO in our community who want to be in tune with what is best about Joomla! International.

I am also helping the organization effectively in Joomla! Day Brazil, and is fundamental recognition of the OSM since we worked collaboratively.

I was introduced to this tool there three years and since then I've been trying to collaborate with the community. Today we launch our Joomla lizard in Brasilia - Distrito Federal.
It is vital that we have the record of our community before the joomla Brazil Day, an event that happens in Brasilia - DF.

Sincerely,
