JUG for Portugal

Since I'm Portuguese and was kinda shocked that there wasn't any JUG for the country I live in, I'm asking if there is anyone interested in making one with me.

Portuguese below:
Como sou português e reparei que ainda não existe nenhum JUG em Portugal, gostaria de formar um. Caso exista algum português por aqui que esteja interessado em começar um JUG, por favor entre em contacto comigo.

No one is interested in a JUG for Portugal? Really? Come on people, I'm not the only portuguese that works with Joomla, am I?
