Bug in editting of Resource Listing

I wanted to edit my resource listing today and attached to the editing fields are all the fields for a new submission.

The system will not allow me to update my listing in any way without essentially re-applying for the program.

Please look into this.

The Resources Directory is improving and becoming better integrated throughout the family of sites and new additions are coming.

The required fields are part of the streamlining process. These fields are required input for new listings and previous listings.

Why would you require all of those fields a second time? It seems insane to go through the entire approval process again in the event of something trivial, like say, an address or phone number change. I don't know of any other directory that functions in this manner (sortfolio, smashing directory, etc).

It seems like a sure recipe to slow down the update process and all but ensure the stagnation of the directory itself.
