After installing Khmer language site and administrator for Joomla
Why my website still the same in English in front-end?

Install Khmer translation for Joomla, it doesn't mean that everything in the front-end will be translated into Khmer language automatically.
Only some part of site(front-end) translated in Khmer.

To translate content, module, poll... manually you can use JoomFish! component
