Hello, there.

I've read the beginner's guide and do not find an answer to my situation there. A web designer created my site using a MAC. Site update is my responsibility. I just made my first update and the page format completely went away. I use a PC with Windows. I've re-entered the text several times and always end up with jumbled formatting. Can you please help me understand what I need to do? Thank you!
