Since the thread has been unlocked, would those involved in the TM process have any update on this subject?

Update -The policy itself is not changing, but the layouts and flow of the information and policy pages are going to be changing to make it easier for people to understand and navigate, there is also planned translations to French, Russian, German, Chinese, Arabic and Spanish. When those changes are going to happen is the same as it was in the other thread - The new system is not complete but it is almost complete, unfortunately 1.6 has taken priority over rolling that system out.
