Hi,
2 questions - how difficult will it be to migrate from 2.5 to 3.0?
Also, how many "big" changes between versions will we be looking at over the next few years?
Migrating from 1.5 to 2.5 is a beast. Are we going to keep having to deal with these kinds of updates?

you don't need to migrate your website to 3.0

Interesting,
So 2.5 reaches end of life OCT 2013?
When it does, how difficult will it to be to update from 2.5 to the latest?
I know that's probably impossible to answer at this point...

Yes at the en of 2013.
