Hi

Is there any way you could organize exams (beginner, intermediate, advanced) for everybody who would like to be Joomla! certified?

I would suggest that you get yourself familiar with joomla extension first then your questions would be answers :

Joomla Certification has been discussed before. It looked like it might happen at one stage but didn't seem to come to anything:
