Enhance "Images and Links" Panel with sizing options

I believe it would be quite helpful to upgrade the functionality of the very welcome addition of "Images and Links" panel by adding Image Sizing options

- Global settings in "Article Options" for Introtext and Fulltext
- Special settings per article

This way, a single image can be used several times, without the need to upload individually/per use customized version of the same image.

Perfect suggestion... deal with images is always a problem when we think about client side with that function, it will be easy. Great Suggestion.
