Use of angular.js in near feature?

I wonder if Joomla core devs have consider as dev tool js to use angular.js? It progressing very fast and seems to have very much backup https://material.angularjs.org/#/

Follow you, which part should we apply ?
Currently, I think we make 1 template for angular, and re-write views & layouts folder in the template.
Send json vie View is not good idea, but I believe we could use plugin for this.
Or .. we just create 1 component to run this all with angular .
Do you have any better way ?

having angular for backend would be extremely nice in my opinion. making whole admin single page app would probably make it faster (at least it would appear faster). also there is no downside on SEO part if admin is done completely in angular.

however probably a lot of work ?
