Why is it that there is no obvious pathway to people.org listed in any of the menu systems - especially on the community?

Yes, we do need something soon...

The reasons I can think of are:
1. There is not enough room to add it to the current menu.
2. Site is still technically in beta.. a WIP while systems are refined.
3. New overall site design does incorporate the people site.

.. of topic.. well.. sort of.. also the magazine needs some "menu time" as well I'm sure many will likely suggest as well.

People.joomla.org is not beta, since official joomla communication is linking to it for discussions.

Bad choice of words.. sorry.. let me try again:

While not in beta, the people site is still being refined and prepared for prime-link time.

Better . Here's hoping it gets better, currently it's mostly a frustrating experience.

I'm frustrated too but hoping the redesign comes along soon.. right now the extra links just will not fit into the current design.
