Please help me i have created my joomla user group madhya pradesh in http://people.joomla.org/groups.html but till now my group is not approved yet.

Group creation on people.joomla.org is disabled. see http://people.joomla.org/groups/viewbul ... ?groupid=7

You do not need a pjo group to have a jug anymore BUT you do need to have a valid url that shows the site is being used for a joomla user group. see http://community.joomla.org/user-group- ... klist.html
