 Post subject: Error message on log-in

When I attempt to log-in on my new account I get the following message
"Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet."

I have set up an account and have activated it (a follow-up attempt tells me the code has been used).

When I attempt to login after a break of several hours i am told my login has expired?

Whet do i need to do to fix this?

what is your user/profile name?
Have you tried the password reset option?
