Need help locating Joomla expertise

I am wanting to locate person/persons who have experience working with a Joomla website in my community. My business' website uses this program, and I need someone to provide additional training and/or paid support right away. There are no user groups listed anywhere in Arizona where I reside. Does anyone have a suggestion on where I would find help??
