Hi,
I am new to Joomla (using 1.5), redirection is working fine however when I am adding $msg to it, shows following error message

Fatal error: Call to undefined method NoticescrollViewNoticescroll::enqueueMessage() in \libraries\joomla\application\application.php on line 308

What is the function used exactly?

Sorry, I will post further queries in 1.5 forum
I used the function JApplication::redirect('index.php?option=com_notices'), if embed message with this like
$msg = "Display this after redirect";
JApplication::redirect('index.php?option=com_notices',$msg) then it shows the error message Fatal error: Call to undefined method NoticescrollViewNoticescroll::enqueueMessage() in \libraries\joomla\application\application.php on line 308
