admin login cosmetic bug

admin login cosmetic bug

in 1.6 when you go to the admin login page everything is fine, but when you login and get to the control panel then logout or get timed out and redirected to the admin login page again, the username, password, and lang fields are all messed up.. this seems to be only happening in chrome and not firefox.. havnt done much testing tho.. here is a pic:
