Using the contact form (native) in 2.5.2 causes javascript error when form type not set to plain. It used to work fine in 1.7.3, but after upgrade had to change type to plain from slider. The javascript error prevents loading of other plugins such as google maps. Help needed to regain functionality. Reference site is http://www.kaijanna.dk/index.php/kontak ... l-kaijanna

Have now set the contact form to type:slider
Page is corrupt and the loading of the Google Map fails.

Forgot the browser issue. It is a problem in Firefox for Windows (latest version), IE8 and on IPad (Safari)

The problem is, that MooTools-More isn't loaded which contains the code for Fx.Accordion.

The code looks fine in current trunk, do you have some code (template or plug-in) running that may unload some scripts?

Yes, I have the Joomlashine Tendo Pro template installed. I had a suspicion that the template could be the reason. I will refer the problem back to the Joomlashine support forum for now and revert on thisnthread once they have responded. Thanks for your assistance so far.

Update. the gzip compression feature of the Joomlashine Tendo Pro template turned out to be the reason for Mootools-more failing to execute. Sliders in the contact form worked with compression off, but still the GoogleMaps plugin did not load. Enabling JQuery did the last trick, and everything now works as before. Still, I am wondering why these two issues emerged after update from 1.7.3 to 2.5.2
Thanks for all your help on solving this issue.
Robert
